This business manufactures and sells fake rocks made of pillow foam, rubber and polyurethane for their residential and commercial customers' multi-use. There are many uses for these products and this company makes fake rocks for various purposes which include movie/theatrical sets, museums and zoos and theme parks. Utility companies, military, municipalities and national parks are also customers for this unique product. This is a highly profitable business for the owner that operates with little to no competition in its marketplace. As inquiries and orders come from around the world, the owner is looking for an investor/partner to further grow this business, nationally and globally. The seller will work with the new buyer for 6 months to a year in order to insure a smooth transition. This company also holds a patent that allows for hidden air holes in the polyurethane rock that is used to hide motors and air vents in the septic, sewer, well and pond industry or where there needs to be airflow in the rocks.
