A “fractional membership” is similar to joining a health club and in many instances a membership costs less than the cost of slip fees alone. In addition, members have the option of accessing The Franchise's fleet of boats at more than 50 international locations. With the ability to schedule sailing times on-line and in real time, members can schedule the use of their boat up to a year in advance. This Company currently has one boat on a major lake in the DFW area and has several prospective members that have shown interest in joining when boats are added on other lakes in the area.
