Here is a passive business with a great cash flow. What’s the business? We rent electric carts. The free scooters for handicapped folks you see in Wal-mart rent for $5 for 30 minutes at large public conveyances. You will see hundreds of these rentals every day at Disney World and Epcott.
Location, location, location. Ours is even better than the above. What makes this even more unique is that we are the only ones who have thought of it so far. It will require an NDA to know the prime location. What are you buying? You are buying the scooters and renting them as per our rental contract agreement. We’ll rent them and pay you.
How many people rent scooters? It’s not just handicapped, it is anyone who is even a little mobility impaired. Sore ankles, Pregnant women, too much to carry without a cart? All are potential riders. That is as much as 10% of all the traffic at our busy location. That is why the first year cash flow can be guaranteed. Minimum purchase is 20 scooters, $100,000. Max per location is 240. This is a real business, not multi level or an investment offer. No securities are involved, just buying the scooters for rent to the public by our staff.

Description of the facilities
The deal is simple. You sign a rental contract and we guarantee the rental income promised to you. On a $250,000 purchase, we are guaranteeing to pay you $144,000 rental income. On $100,000 it is $72,000 (see NDA for details and differences).
Don't try to make it too complicated. It is ABC.
The risk is: we could have a bad location or we could fail. You can get past both onjections in due diligence. Don't try too hard to find fault, it is not complicated!
