The Company is involved in the manufacturing, wholesaling and retailing of mulch products. They also provide business to business and business to consumer grinding services for municipalities, waste management services and consumer tree clearing customers. The state-of-the-art equipment employed by the Company enables them to grind brush and leaves at a rate of 250 to 300 yards per hour and logs up to 30” in diameter at approximately 200 yards per hour. They offer compost pile re-grinding services which can be accomplished at 250 yards per hour and reduce the composting time in half. They also have the capability of hauling materials from the job site very efficiently with their 100 yard “walking floor” trailers. Simply stated, the company offers its customers a cost efficient way to manage and recycle their “Green Waste” while at the same time building a raw materials supply for mulch customers.
