Support / Training provided by seller
The seller will agree to provide 160 hours of training over a 3-month period of time. The Sellers would be willing to provide more training and consultation if buyer is willing to compensate the Sellers for the additional time
Description of the facilities
The building was constructed in the last 5 years. The original lease was for 3 years and expires September 30, 2009. The landlord would be willing to enter into another long-term lease.
