Don’s Service Station Equipment sells, installs, and maintains petroleum equipment in Idaho, Montana and Wyoming. The company is regulated/licensed with the EPA, DEQ, Weights and Measures, WPMA (Western Petroleum Marketers Association), PEI (Petroleum Equipment Institute www.pei.org), and local fire departments. Don’s is currently complying with strict standards required by the changing and demanding industry. The company has not been aggressive in going after new business. THE LOCATION
The business operates from a large commercial site that features office, shop, and plenty of off-road, secured storage. The owner is willing to create a long-term rental agreement of $550 per month for three years. The site is central to access from Highway 20, I-15, and Bonneville County customers.
