This Company is a leading door and specialty items installer for over 15 years in the Treasure Valley area. It is primarily a sub-contractor in the larger commercial building market with typical jobs not under 100 installed units. Included in the sale will be the professional relationships with the majority of area commercial contractors. The company holds a public works license and a contractor’s license which is required for state bid jobs. The owner would consider appropriate transition licensing to non-licensed buyers. The owners have built this business from a “start-up” to one that has gained respect as a full-commercial installer.
THE LOCATION
The business works in highly desirable markets with commercial growth still on track to be ahead of national trends. It is housed in a 2,000 sq. ft. fenced facility on a year’s lease. Current annual rent is approximately $17,000. The business can be relocatable to any central facility.
ASSETS INCLUDED
This is a turnkey operation to include equipment and inventory. Long term training or support is negotiable. There are four installers, two of which are apprentice level. Also included are two vehicles and all tools and equipment not deemed “personal”. Accounts receivables can be purchased to obtain working capital. Work in progress can be acquired as well at a net to new owner.
