Competition: The company has one major competitor about 25 minutes away on the other side of town. The company has a competetive edge, however, because they are the sole distributors of a particular line of performance products and feature more custom , high end models than their competition.
Growth and Expansion: It is the owner's opinion that with more inventory the shop could gross sales of $250,000 per year at net 28%. He bases this assumption on the fact that when the store is fully stocked, the monthly sales rose to $20,000.
