Each item on the menu from the strength of the coffee to its flavor can be customized to the individual customer s tastes. Competition: The Company has only one competitor in its immediate area. There is a Starbuck s Coffee franchise located nearby. The Starbuck s is a geographic competitor only and does not allow customers to include their personal preferences with their order. The Starbuck s also does not feature grilled Panini sandwiches or hot breakfast items.
