The Company, a family business, is owner operated and was originally founded in 1990. The Company operates 100 machines at various locations on the Northshore and Southshore. The Company's philosophy is that satisfied clients keep a company in business. If a machine is broken or empty, they quickly come out to fix it. An empty or broken machine is usually serviced within 48 hours. The company has vending machines that offer snacks and beverages depending upon the specific requirements of the clientele.

Financing: Owner will finance with 50% down for 4 years at 8% interest.
Support/Training: The owners are willing to sign a non-compete clause for 2 years and 50 miles. The owner is willing to train for two weeks.

Description of the facilities
The compant conducts business on the Northshore and Southshore of Louisiana and in areas of Mississippi. Most of the accounts with the company, almost 60%, are for beverage machines. Snack machine accounts make up another 40% of the business accounts.
