THE COMPANY
The “Next Big Thing” is going to be Pita Pit®, whose goal is to offer a healthier, balanced alternative to deep fried “quick service” by featuring delicious pita bread that comes with a variety of fresh ingredients from grilled meat, tasty chicken, to zesty sauces. The Pita Pit® concept does not compete against the burger-chicken locations and strong, professional support is provided by the Franchisor. Customer response has been explosive in Idaho Falls and Rexburg. The offering includes three franchise locations, meaning room to grow with another franchise on the west side of Idaho Falls or put up a new store in Rigby. Pita Pit® is ranked near the top of Entrepreneur Magazine debuting as the fastest growing private company in the US, opening three new stores per month. The Idaho Falls franchise has been open for two years and posts positive cash flow. Rexburg opened their doors in December of 2007, and is now holding its own. Both franchises operate passively with full-time managers.
THE LOCATION
Both franchises are located in the heart of Eastern Idaho, the hub for outdoor recreation from skiing-fishing-hunting-hiking and so much more. The 2,000 SF Idaho Falls location in the Ammon Albertson’s Shopping Center pays monthly rent of $3,166.67 through 2016.
