The company was established in March 1994, and based on their success in the late 1990’s - opened a new manufacturing facility in March 2000. While the seller has done a limited amount of marketing, they have established global distribution of their light construction equipment - all shipped out of the company's manufacturing plant in the United States. Assuming that a new owner developed & implemented a more effective marketing & sales plan for the company's product line, they would be able to grow the company's Dealer base - and therefore, the sales & profits for the business. Owners will sell business with Manufacturing Site / Real Estate, or will sell business alone & lease Real Estate to Buyer (above price reflects sale of Business for $2 Million & Real Estate for $1.5 Million).
