This business is a division of a large health care company that offers Medicare paid physician visits for ongoing care requirements. The business is currently operated by a non-physician. Nurse Practioners perform most of the visits. Physician provides oversight and periodically makes house visits for geriatric follow up care. There are 230 patients included in the sale and more weekly. Ideally, this business is suited for an RN who wants to work her own schedule, or an existing physician wishing to expand into this arena with an established patient, referral and revenue base. Sale price includes receivables, all records, databases and FF&E associated with the operation of this division. Any/All websites and other intellectual property will convey at closing. Business has the ability to take on an additional 25-50 patients per month and can do so with the addition of more nurse practitioners and/or physicians. Support / Training provided by seller
Seller and staff will provide as much support and training as required to insure an orderly transition. Field staff can remain at option of buyer. Medicare billing will be provided by the seller until buyer has secured their own Medicare I.D. #, at no charge.
