He wishes to retire and find a buyer that will continue the great reputation that he has developed. 2007 tax return shows seller’s income exceeding $50,000. He has 6 chairs and 4 barbers who work as independent contractors. Seller is flexible if the buyer would like him to stay on for a short or prolonged period of transition time. No advertising has ever been done. All clients have been developed through word of mouth.
