The motel has 20 guest rooms, 8 of which are efficiency units containing small stoves, kitchen cabinets, sink, and refrigerator. The remaining guest rooms have mini refrigerators and small microwave ovens. There is a manager's office/apartment consisting of 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and bath. All financial information is available by calling our office and signing a confidentiality agreement.
