THE COMPANY
This retail sporting good store is located in a satellite community to Boise. It is the only full service sporting goods store in town catering to the local population base. The store carries guns, hunting and fishing gear, team athletic supplies along with other retail items including home décor and jewelry. The store is also a licensed pawn shop but currently only pawns guns and offers consignment for gun owners. Sportsmen come to the shop to get their Idaho Fish & Game licenses and to register ATVs, boats, motorcycles and snowmobiles with Idaho Parks and Recreation.

The store is centrally located with good ingress/egress and ample parking. The business has less than one year on the existing lease which includes one five-year option to renew.
