I am a beautiful little Self Serve Car Wash. My owners have taken very good care of me. They have been constantly cleaning and washing and maintaining me for the past ten years without fail. Now, due to my owner s illness they need to sell me. Let me tell you about myself. I have five fully equipped bays and one of those bays has two pull down garage doors and electrical outlets and fixtures. (We ll talk more about that later). There is of course a small vending section for all your car wash needs. The driveway is always kept clean and in the back there is a big 25 X 30 car port that you can use to do some detailing work if you desire. Or you can rent it to someone for just that purpose. Behind the fence is a large area that is not being used for anything. If you like you can rent it out for people to park their trucks (We have had offers for this in the past) or for a business that needs some office space and have the land pay for the mortgage for you. I can be used in many ways. The bay with the garage doors used to be rented out for $1500.00 a month for emissions testing. The man left but there can be others. I have five, 2 year young vacuum systems and even some office space. Please be as nice to me as my present owners are and I will serve you well for many years.
