The owner has a health care product that he is taking to the national level and needs the capital that is required to do the marketing for that product.

The profitable model has been developed and is ready to be taken to Salt Lake City, Utah and then Portland, Oregon. Contracts are in place to sell nationwide and use the current resources now in place without duplication in other markets. This would produce an even higher net profit as the Boise office would not have to be duplicated in those other markets.
