The 30 minute circuit training method features both resistance training and cardio training for permanent fat reduction. Along with the circuit training, the facility offers free child care, nutrition counseling and tanning.

The facility is located in a strip center in southwest Idaho with no other fitness facilities in close proximity.

The company is part of a national network of like facilities and has a national website. The national presence does not include a monthly franchise fee but if help is necessary, that help is paid for at the time received and there are no ongoing fees to be paid monthly.
THE REASON FOR SELLING
The owner has not been able to operate the facility, as was her dream, due to her partner becoming ill and not being able to share in the operation of the business. The owner has an executive position at a local manufacturing facility and without any help from her partner cannot grow the business.
