THE LOCATION
The Deli is located in the lobby with an exterior entrance. The lease, which covers the 416 square foot space, all utilities and garbage collection amounts to $530 per month. Storage space, which is not currently being used, is available at an additional cost in the basement of the building. The new owner will assume the existing lease. The landlord charges a fee of $500 to process the lease assumption application.
