The deli is located in a corner unit of shopping outlet with plenty of parking and exposure. Franchise training is done for four weeks in the South Bay area. The seller’s willing to provide training for new buyer two weeks beyond that. The franchise transfer fee of $7,500 is to be paid by the buyer. Royalties are only 5% and cooperative advertising is 2.5%.
