Chava's Mexican Grill is located in the Palm Springs Mall located at 2365 E. Tahquitz Canyon in the main food court. Chava's offers both Mexican foods (tacos, burritos, enchiladas etc.) and American staples such as burgers, hotdogs and fries.
Open from 10-7 M-F, 10-6 Sat and 10-5 Sun Chava's does a brisk business from Maris College, a tenant in the mall, Palm Springs High School located across the street and from mall shoppers and local residents.
All FF&E is included and is estimated at approx. $40,000 in value (the hood alone bought last year cost $24,000). A wine & beer license has been applied for but has not yet been granted.
Current monthly rent is $1,081 plus cam charges of $280. There is a new 1 year lease with 1 year option to be effective on April 1, 2008.
The mall is currently scheduled for a complete remodel in 2 years and the food court will be expanded and relocated within the mall.
