The Owner will train and consult. The Owner has arranged for the Store to be run primarily by a manager with the aid of 2 sales persons and 4 installers with the Owner himself coming in 12 hours per week to run the Store on the regular manager's day off. The Owner's wife works 18 hours per week and could be replaced by an employee (which would lower the net profit). However, it is advisable for the New Owner to put more time into the daily operation of the Store, especially at first, in order to better understand the important nuances of running the business.
