The station resides on a corner lot totaling roughly 1/3 acre. The C-Store is roughly 300 sq/ft and includes a storage room and bathroom. The fuel sales fluctuates between 60 and 70K gallons a month with an average markup of $0.10 a gallon. The station offers only gas, no diesel. There are four double pumps, they do not have pay at the pump capabilities. There is an Air / Vacuum station. Station hours are 6am to 11pm. Contamination: The station is registered with the state under the PCPP 25/75% contamination program. Tank Replacement and Station Branding: There are currently 3 single walled 10,000 gallon tanks with no blender pumps.
