In addition, the company offers Trade Marked proprietary payment management systems for medical, dental and ancillary services to reduce patient payment and plan administration collections as well as specialized services for food and beverage industry. MARKETS The Company provides electronic banking and accounting services as well as equipment related to merchant check cashing and/or credit/debit card processing for all sizes of businesses and industries throughout the United States. Specific regional accounts are in the Intermountain West and Hawaii. The owner further developed specialized services specific to medical and health care as well as the restaurant (food and beverage) industries.

ASSETS INCLUDED This is a turn key operation to include real estate, furniture, fixtures and equipment, all proprietary and trademarked intellectual properties, web pages, training and transition support as well as a residual income (contracts) for a specific number of years. Corporate offices are located in a 2,250+/- sq. ft. building which is included in the offering. Sales agents are independent contractors. There is one, full time employee as well as the owner who works full time in the operation.
