THE COMPANY The company was started in 2000 as a farm commodities hauling company in southwest Idaho and central Washington. The business was changed to refrigerated trailers in 2002. The operation was downsized in 2006 to the most profitable part of the business with two trucks and two refrigerated trailers. THE STRENGTHS The company has two loyal and dedicated drivers that have been with the business several years. The established routes allow the drives to be home weekends. THE REASON FOR SELLING The current dispatcher/owner/manager has family obligations out of the area that prevent him from running the company as he has in the past. THE IDEAL BUYER The business is currently being run out of the owner s home which has been very successful. A person with good organizational skills would be ideal. Knowledge of the industry would be great but not necessary. The seller will train a new owner in the operation of the business. THE POSSIBILITIES There is really nothing standing in the way of expansion in the industry both local and in the western United States. A new owner could expand this route area and take the business to the next level.
