Description of the facilities
THE LOCATION Dal Fab is located in the industrial park south of Idaho Falls near the I-15 Shelley exit. The machine shop is located in a 3,052 square foot complex that features the shop on the ground floor and separate offices on the second floor. The office space could be developed to feature conference room and additional office. The 1,200 square foot fabrication shop is located in a separate area north of the machine shop. The shop floor has tubing for floor heat and restroom plumbing. The owner poured a 50 x 100 cement slab to meet the needs for a large Army Core of Engineers project. The future plans are to erect a steel building on this area. The shop yard itself has room to grow and the industrial park is an excellent work environment for employees and for customer marketing.
