Approximately 125 accounts of which 85% are residential and 15% commercial are all located within Pinellas County, from Palm Harbor and Safety Harbor in north county to Tierra Verde in south county. One full time employee services approximately 50 accounts while the owner and his wife each handle about 35 customers. The majority of the revenues are generated from pool cleaning; however, the company does offer repair services to their customers. They handle minor repairs such as pump replacement and minor plumbing (PVC). Any major repairs are subbed-out. No large chlorine tank is located at the rental warehouse-type office/storage facility.

Description of the facilities
The company is located in a 1,000+ sq. ft. rental office/warehouse unit. The lease is currently month-to-month, but the landlord would be willing to provide a longer lease, if needed. The facility is clean and the office is air conditioned. The owners do the paperwork in the office while the warehouse area is used to store the chlorine containers, tools and parts. The two company trucks, both are 2006 Ford Ranger pickups, are driven by the one employee and the wife.
