Description of the facilities
This metal plating plant occupies a totally up-dated and renovated building that has approximately 23,000 sq.ft. total. There is approximately 5,000 sq. ft. in new office space, 8,000 sq. ft. in manufacturing space with an additional 10,000 sq. ft. in warehouse and storage. In 2004, the company purchased new metal plating tanks chemical handling equipment, exhaust and control systems with other components needed to meet new environmental requirements. The facility has 41 plating tanks in sizes up to 12’ long x 3’ 10” wide x 13’ 8” deep with additional room to grow and a rail siding to service the plant. The real estate is included in the asking price.
