The Company's primary activity is new commercial construction management with a focus on retail strip centers, restaurants, pad sites and warehouses. The company has long term, very favorable relationships with many well known franchise organizations that provide ongoing reoccuring work. From start to finish, the Company provides operational expertise in all aspects of construction, ranging from pre-project budgeting and regulatory consulting to site preparation and slab-to-roof construction management.
GROWTH: Management cites significant opportunities to grow revenues and profits above present levels given appropriate investments in capital assets and HR. Already a recognized leader in non-residential construction in Texas, steeper growth could be achieved by leveraging Company's existing general constractors' licenses in Florida and Louisiana. COMPETITION: Company differentiates itself by providing a superior level of contract management from start to finish, eliminating excessive costs and charge overrides. Company works closely with architects and engineers from the initial planning through project completion and tenant leasing to provide budgeting, cost analysis and value engineering services. Owner will stay on through reasonable transiton if required but is already removed from the daily operations of the company. All other managers and employees wish to be retained by new owners.

Description of the facilities
Company operates out of a two-story combination office and warehouse facility totaling 45,810 sq ft. Office space (5,950 sq ft) is concentrated on the second floor with the first floor and the remainder of the second floor devoted to warehousing and storage. The facility is centrally located in a large metropolitan area with excellent access to local highways. The company leases the facility on a yearly basis from a holding company controlled by the Company's principal shareholder.
