Company operates out of one building that has 13,500 square feet of space. The facility has a spacious conference room, which accommodates approximately 15-20 people. It has a kitchen area and break room. All management and office staff have their own offices, with custom built-in desks. The warehouse is large and can accommodate the Company s fleet of trucks and trailers. Property is owned by the Company. The owners may be willing to sell the property but want to retain the mineral rights.
