Company is a premier hauler of rock, sand, and gravel materials in the northern and central regions of Texas. The majority of the Company s business is located in the Dallas Fort Worth area. The Company operates 8 tractor-trailers servicing approximately 29 clients throughout North Texas. These 8 trucks and their drivers hauled more than 20,000 loads of materials in 2005, of which approximately 66% consisted of rock materials while the remaining 34% contained sand.
GROWTH: Current management has worked very hard over the past few years to grow the Company responsibly in order to position it well for the future. This was especially evident in 2005 as the Company spent more than $500,000 to acquire additional long-term assets, including trucks. These added assets have positioned the Company to continue its strong growth. These efforts have resulted in repeat business from more than 95% of its clients.

Description of the facilities
Company operations are headquartered in a 5,160 square foot facility just north of Dallas, Texas. The facility features two adjoining buildngs and truck maintenance facilities.
