Approximately 95% of the Company s projects are bid-based work whereby the Company actively competes with other HVAC contractors to secure work. The remaining 5% of Company s revenue is private negotiated work between the Company and an individual client. Over the past three years, Company has maintained a bidding success rate of approximately 50%. Company's customer base of over 2,500 active accounts mainly consists of commercial clientele, residential homeowners, general contractors and multi-family construction contractors. Company margin of profitability in 2007 has significantly improved.
