This Company nearly doubled revnue last year and is revved up to do it again in 2008. The Company is leveraging it's long time relationships with some major franchise restaurant groups. Founded in 1987, the Company is a premier full service commercial general contracting company, offering new construction, construction management and consulting, tenant and capital improvements, roll-out programs, complete remodels and major repairs as well as smaller repairs and upgrades. While the revenue mix has been divided between remodeling construction, new construction and repair and maintenance projects, it will shift from year-to-year due to the cyclical nature of the commercial construction market. With a venerable management team, the Company serves clients in Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma 70% of revenue, Colorado (15%), Missouri, Kansas, and Arkansas (10%) and the Midwest 5%. A customer base of approximately seven to ten active commercial accounts comprises restaurants and commercial projects in Texas (75% of revenue) and restaurants and commercial projects located in the central U.S. (25%). Among the Company s account base are a number of strong, long-standing (20+ years) customer relationships built over the Company s history.

Description of the facilities
Company operates out of a 8,000 square foot facility, of which 3,000 square feet is designated as office space with the remaining 5,000 square feet as warehouse. The facility is leased from an unrelated third party at the prevailing fair market lease rate. The current lease expires in 2010.
