Business has been around since 1981 and has a long list of customers. Several local construction companies, paving companies, and other businesses recommend this service to there clients, or subcontract with seller for services. Seller has in the past also offered parking lot striping, and parking lot cleaning but is no longer interested in that business and farms it out to others (this could be an area of expansion for a new motivated owner). Currently run from owners home with chemical storage tanks located near by. New owner could do the same or move all equipment on to their own property, or lease space for equipment. Some normal competition in the market place but seller is the main supplier of this service and has several sand, gravel, and asphalt companies either recommending his services to there clients, or subcontracting with seller to provide services for them. Seller states that he only worked 59 days last year and did not make any sales calls, used only ad in the phone book. New owner could call on business owners for new business, and could work a larger area to increase sales. Current owner only works with in 20 miles or so of his home.
