There has recently been a Bakken discovery in Divide County North Dakota about 40 miles east of us. The well is in our working area at the present time. We are very active in the Dagmar and Coal ridge area. We have taken care of the consulting on the completion of new wells and construction of production facilities, day to day monitoring of production. We are currently building 6 miles of pipe line for A Client for a salt water gathering system as well as handing all of their day to day operations. Our Company has people in place with the Knowledge and experience to consult and manage down hole well bore maintenance and work over operations. On a day to day basis we have lease operators that make the rounds and check the day to day operations and perform minor Maintenance and check production figures and report production on the 75 wells that we pump every day. Business office is located on main street of town, Shop and equipment yard is located a few blocks away. Two locations provide all the needed space and facilities for the operation, employees, and meeting rooms for clients. Little competition in the area with the possibility to purchase one other local competitor and place that work load in the business being sold.
