The 5,300 sq. ft. building is in a small strip shopping center facing the Intracoastal Waterway, a favorite boating watercourse along Florida’s west coast. Huge resorts that bring in thousands of tourists, every major hotel chain, marinas and pristine beaches all contribute to the popularity of the immediate area. Local people who enjoy a drive along the beach also frequent this restaurant all year long due to its great food, ease of parking and friendly atmosphere.
The $8,909.60 monthly rent includes CAM, water, trash, sewer and sales tax. The current lease expires on December 15, 2007 and has three 5-year renewal options.
