GROWTH: Growth potential is unlimited and comes from several avenues. First, the current web site has been updated which has increased sales. Continued web enhancement should continue this trend. Second, corporate and hotel accounts can be expanded through an aggressive marketing effort. Right now these accounts are acquired through call in. Third, there are opportunities to become the overseas rental provider for smaller cellular carriers in the United States. There is one such opportunity under discussion now.

COMPETITION: U.S. based cellular companies offer international phone rental at prices typically double this comany's standared pricing. Competition from independants is fractionalized. There are 5 or 6 companies with greater revenues. Most other companies are not authorized resellers and are thus in jeopardy of not being able to provide reliable service. Also most competitors rely completely on the Internet for new customers. This company has numerous corporate and hotel accounts providing a steady revenue stream.
