Support / Training provided by seller
he sellers will provide all the training and support necessary to insure a smooth business ownership transition. One of the partners would be willing to stay on for up to 5 years after the transfer of ownership. The second partner is willing to stay on for a defined period of time for the right opportunity.
The third does not desire to remain with the Company after the completion of the transfer of ownership.
