This well-established manufacturer’s rep firm sells to an existing customer base of office furniture dealers and design firms throughout the Rocky Mountain Region. Over its 15-year history, the firm has built long-term relationships with several major product manufacturers. The owner has developed respect and creditability in the office furniture industry, and is now planning on phasing into retirement. To provide for a seemless transition to new ownership, the buyer of this company will receive training to help transfer these long-term relationships. This acquisition will require someone with industry experience.
