It is located in a busy, outdoor shopping center that features many shops and is anchored by two major retailers that drive foot traffic towards this area. The shopping center is also adjacent to an auto sales district featuring 8 auto dealerships. Most of the customers are workers in the area and shoppers. This deli has done catering to some of the neighboring businesses in the past including some auto dealerships. After purchasing the business last year the current owner put over $40,000 in to tenant improvements, which includes the installation of a hood and cooking range.
