They have a strong referral base due to their integrity in the market place. Over the years they have purchased five moving companies that also lead to many referrals. They have several key long term employees. Their 14,000 square foot facility has 1,800 square feet of office and the rest is used for storage of vaults and trucks. They have about 230 vaults of which 150 are rented. The vaults rent for an average of about $45 per month. Due to personal reasons in 2006, the owner was unavailable to operate the business for most of the year and was distracted for the short periods when he was in the business.
