They have an exclusive "carbonating" cleaning system that does a superior job of cleaning without the use of toxic chemicals. This franchise has 3 territories all of which have a solid base with the ability to grow. The original franchise area is one of the best around and includes Danville, San Ramon, Alamo, Moraga, Lafayette, Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill, and parts of Clayton, and Concord (Central Contra Costa County). The second area was added in 1996 includes Pittsburg, Antioch, Brentwood, Oakley and Discovery Bay (East Contra Costa County). The third franchise area was added in 2003 and covers the Vallejo and Benicia area. The growth potential in all three of these franchise areas is incredible and a new enthusiastic operator could easily increase sales substantially. A husband and wife team currently run this business. The wife does the bookkeeping, office work, answers the phone, schedules customers and cleaners. The husband runs a crew and handles outside sales.
