Services provided include: 1) Sate and County UCC, tax and judgment lien searches; 2)Local and federal pending judgment searches; 3) Sate and County UCC filings; 4) State business entity filings (corporations, UC`s, LP`s, GP`s, and LLP`s); 5) Retrieval of business entity documents previously filed with the appropriate state agencies;, and 6) Legalization under the Hague Convention of documents filed in the United Sates going to foreign countries. The company has recorded record sales and earnings for each of the past three years and is on track to do so again this year.
