Requirement as an Arby`s franchisee has to attend and graduate from the five week restaurant manager training program and certified Arby`s Training Restaurant at no cost to franchisee except for their own travel, room lodging and miscellaneous expenses. Franchise royalty fee is 4% of gross sales, advertising national fee of 1.2% of gross sales and local advertising of at least 3% of gross sales.
