This cool store hosts birthday parties for girl`s ages 4-12 years old. Themed makeover parties include new hair-do`s, makeup, nail polish, fun games, karaoke singing and a trip to the lotion station, where girls can make their own scented lotion as party favors. This boutique also sells trendy clothing, accessories and gifts for school and bedrooms, custom t-shirts, sweatshirts and ear piercing. There is a functioning website that a new owner could very easily add online shopping/catalogs, gift cards, VIP/rewards membership program and wish lists. The existing POS system will support this. The Tween (ages 6 - 12) and young teen market controls nearly $50B in US purchasing power. There are only 2 other stores of this type in all of the Bay Area.
