Description of the facilities
The Property is sited on approximately 2.518 acres of land and is skirted by Karner Brook on the west side. Parking is on campus located on the south side of the Inn and provides for 50 spaces. Green areas, mature trees and shrubs surround the Inn. Two tennis courts and an in ground pool are to the rear of the Inn. Owners Quarters are adjacent to the Inn and are housed in a 2 story clapboard wood framed building.
