Nextel entered the market and this company became one of the first Authorized Representatives. This Premium Nextel Dealer seized the opportunity and expanded further into the B2B market through an aggressive outside sales force, telemarketing and “in house” customer support team which is the reason they have a great reputation for customer satisfaction. Additional service providers, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Cingular, have been added to complement the core (75%) Nextel customer base. In addition to the B2B segment of the business, this company has a great retail location with a good lease on a major boulevard in Orange County and generates 50 walk-in customers a month. It also serves an Authorized Service Center for Sprint/Nextel, one of the few independent companies to offer this.
