This is a business developed over 20 years ago when I saw a need to have ski storage on or near the base area of a ski area. The skiers were carrying their skis plus the kids skis to and from their car, taking them back to where they were staying with no place to store them. At that time indoor space was too valuable to use for ski storage. This idea came from the skiers need. We offer a product that is the only outdoor enclosed ski storage system in the ski industry. Some of the ski areas that have our product are: Vail, Aspen, Keystone, Copper Mtn., Breckenridge, Park City, North Star at Tahoe, Jackson Hole, Bryce Resort, Holiday Mtn. and many others that we have done business with in the past. It is an exciting business; you go to ski resorts from California to Maine. The ski areas see it as a much needed service that keeps the skier at their area. We kept this a small business, but it could be taken to a much larger operation. There is great opportunity with the ski industry as it makes changes to attract more skiers each year. The electronic age opens up many possibilities. Parking lots are far away from the base areas. There is a need to transport skis, snowboards, boots and packs back and forth. We are in the beginning stage of a ski wagon system to make this easier. There are many related services & products that ski areas need.

Support / Training provided by seller
We will provide supplier sources for all raw material needs including plastic, steel, and wood products along with assembly instructions. We also will provide a list of the customer base with contact persons and phone numbers.
Promotional material that we have been using will be available.

Description of the facilities
Equipment consist of molds and jigs for plastic parts. Mold patterns for ski and snowboard tubes four different models of each. Lean rack cross bar, post, base and support. Jig for metal frame parts base, sides, top and front for welding. Two complete storage units located in Jackson Hole on a lease program. Five ski wagons.
