A 13 year old home inspection business in south Palm Beach county. The company markets primarily to real estate agents to provide home inspections for home buyers. Every home real estate sale contract requires a home inspection by a competent home inspection company prior to closing. The current owner and one other employee perform all the inspections and there are two support people in the office. Revenues for 2005 were down due to an extended illnes of the seller.
